"I visited this office office and spoke toMatt ,the owner, personally told him what I needed and he told me he would check and get back to me. he never got back to me. spoke very nicely but his actions don't represent his words. He seems a little hypocrite. He mention how he's been taught to do right thing by his father and how seriously he rans the co. BUT THEN HE DOES NOT DELIVER. He did not even have the courtesy to return a call telling me what he found out and what he could do. You should not listen to anything they tell you there and would stay away from them."

"After moving to Boca two and a half years ago, I trusted State Farm for all of my vehicle insurance needs through the office located at 6198 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33487. Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been extremely disappointing.

First and foremost, getting a live agent on the phone is nearly impossible. David Rodriguez, one of the agents at this location, has been consistently unprofessional and rude. I’ve had multiple conversations with him regarding unanswered emails and phone calls, yet he continues to insist he responds immediately. That is simply UNTRUE! I have emails dating back over two and a half years that were never answered.

Another agent, Matt Sipowski, was equally unresponsive. Calls and emails routinely went unanswered. At one point, I was so frustrated that I had to physically drive to the office just to get assistance because nobody would return my calls.

Today’s interaction with David Rodriguez was the final straw. He responded to my concerns with an attitude and actually said, “God forbid, you have to drive here.” Who says that to a customer?

This office is in serious need of customer service retraining and professionalism.

I have since transferred all of my policies to Allstate and am finally working with someone responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful, Charlotte Hooks, Agency Principal.

I am extremely disappointed in State Farm, a company that is supposed to have a reputable name and standard of service."
